What is WordPress?

WordPress is the world’s largest content management system (CMS), powering more than 43% of all websites on the internet — including those of the White House, Mercedes-Benz, and even Beyoncé. Beyond being the largest CMS, WordPress is also open-source, which means it’s free to use!

An Event for All Levels

We work hard to ensure our sessions are suitable for every level of knowledge and experience.
Every year we welcome newcomers to WordPress, as well as seasoned users who have been with it since the early days. Remember — everyone starts as a newbie!

Location

WordCamp Netherlands 2025 will take place at Madurodam in The Hague, on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 November 2025. The afterparty will be held on Thursday evening at a location yet to be announced!
