Most website projects don’t fail because of bad code. They fail because of a handful of moments where priorities stay unspoken, feedback gets lost in translation, and nobody says “no” when they should have.
I’ll draw on examples from my projects, by breaking down the three conversations that quietly decide whether a project succeeds: the briefing, revision/feedback rounds, and the go-live. You’ll learn how to spot ’the bugs’ in these conversations and leave with concrete tools to use in your next client or team conversation to set your project and client relationship up for success.
