The rooms reserved for WordCamp will be released in stages:

• 12 September 2026: 50% of the rooms that have not yet been booked
• 12 October 2026: 40% of the rooms that have not yet been booked
• 29 October 2026: all remaining rooms

We therefore recommend booking early.

The displayed price includes breakfast and city tax.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• When cancelling at least 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
• When cancelling within 14 days of arrival, the full booking fee will be charged.

In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full booking fee will be charged. No refund will be issued.
