Het is bijna zover! Wij staan te popelen om je te verwelkomen op WordCamp Nederland 2025. Voordat we van start gaan, hebben we nog wat laatste praktische informatie voor je op een rijtje gezet.
Hier is alles wat je moet weten voor een soepele start:
Registratie & Badges
Goed nieuws: je hoeft geen tickets uit te printen of QR-codes op te zoeken. Bij binnenkomst liggen de badges al klaar op alfabetische volgorde. Je hoeft bij de registratiebalie dus alleen maar je naam te noemen, dan krijg je direct je badge en goodiebag mee.
Deuren open
De deuren gaan op donderdag 27 en vrijdag 28 november om 9:00 uur open. De koffie staat dan al klaar, zodat je rustig kunt arriveren en anderen kunt ontmoeten voordat het programma van start gaat om 9:30 uur.
Locatie & Vervoer
We zijn te gast bij het prachtige Madurodam. Om zo groen mogelijk te zijn, moedigen we aan om met de fiets of het OV te komen.
- Met het Openbaar Vervoer:
- Vanaf Den Haag Hollands Spoor: Stap het station uit door de hoofdingang. Sla rechtsaf naar perron B. Pak Tram 9 richting Scheveningen Noord.
- Vanaf Den Haag Centraal: Neem de uitgang links (na de poortjes). Pak Tram 9 richting Scheveningen Noord.
- Voor beide geldt: Uitstappen bij halte Madurodam.
- Met de fiets: Er is een grote fietsenstalling op het George Maduroplein (naast de vuurtoren).
- Met de auto: Kom je toch met de auto? Navigeer in Google Maps naar “Parking Madurodam”.
- Rij vanaf het George Maduroplein via de Dr. Aletta Jacobsweg onder het Hubertusviaduct door en sla rechtsaf. Volg de borden naar de parkeergarage.
Donderdag: Afterparty!
Na een dag vol inspiratie is het tijd voor gezelligheid. Donderdagavond organiseren we de officiële afterparty!

- Tijd: Vanaf 20:00 uur tot ca. 00:00 uur
- Locatie: Brasserie Amare (Spuiplein 150, Den Haag)
Dankzij onze sponsor Yourhosting zijn de eerste rondes drankjes en bittergarnituur geregeld. Het is een open bar tot het budget op is! 🍻 Daarna kun je op eigen kosten gezellig blijven borrelen tot middernacht.
Vrijdag: Afsluitende Borrel
Ook op vrijdag sluiten we WordCamp Nederland in stijl af. Na de laatste sessies is er op de locatie zelf nog een gezellige borrel om na te praten. Deze duurt tot ongeveer 17:00 uur.

It is almost time! We are eager to welcome you to WordCamp Netherlands 2025. Before we kick off, we have listed some final practical information for you.
Here is everything you need to know for a smooth start:
Registration & Badges
Good news: you don’t need to print tickets or search for QR codes. Upon arrival, badges will be ready in alphabetical order. At the registration desk, you only need to state your name, and you will immediately receive your badge and goodiebag.
Doors open
The doors will open on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 November at 9:00 AM. Coffee will already be ready, so you can arrive calmly and meet others before the program starts at 9:30 AM.
Location & Transport
We are hosted at the beautiful Madurodam. To be as green as possible, we encourage coming by bike or public transport.
- By Public Transport:
- From Den Haag Hollands Spoor: Take the main entrance exit, turn right to platform B. Take Tram 9 towards Scheveningen Noord.
- From Den Haag Centraal: Take the exit on the left (after the gates). Take Tram 9 towards Scheveningen Noord.
- For both: Get off at the stop Madurodam.
- By Bike: There is a large bicycle parking area at the George Maduroplein (next to the lighthouse).
- By Car: Coming by car anyway? Navigate in Google Maps to “Parking Madurodam”.
- Drive from George Maduroplein via the Dr. Aletta Jacobsweg under the Hubertusviaduct and turn right. Follow the signs to the parking garage.
Thursday: Afterparty!
After a day full of inspiration, it is time for some fun. On Thursday evening, we are organizing the official afterparty!
- What: Afterparty sponsored by Yourhosting
- When: Thursday, November 27
- Time: From 20:00 until approx. 00:00
- Location: Brasserie Amare (Spuiplein 150, The Hague)
Thanks to our sponsor Yourhosting, the first rounds of drinks and snacks (bittergarnituur) are covered. It is an open bar until the budget runs out! 🍻 Afterwards, you can continue the fun at your own expense until midnight.
Friday: Closing Drinks
We will also close WordCamp Netherlands in style on Friday. After the last sessions, there will be drinks at the venue itself to chat and catch up. This lasts until approximately 17:00.
