In eerste instantie voor haar eigen klanten (ondernemers die hulp nodig hadden met hun website) en later als tech support voor WordPress plugins. In 2010 Joost founded Yoast<\/a>, which focuses on software, training and services for website optimization. Team Yoast currently consists of 30 people. Dat betekent dat hij zich bezig houdt met \u2018alles wat met klanten en gebruikers van de plugins te maken heeft\u2019. Van het aansturen van het support team tot het schrijven van \u2018knowledge base\u2019 artikelen en van het managen van Yoast Translate tot het organiseren en bezoeken van meetups en WordCamps.<\/p>\n
Ook naast zijn werk is Taco druk met organiseren. Zo houdt hij zich bezig met X-Life (LANparty) en regelt hij de collecte van de Brandwondenstichting in Lent.
